WHY KIP MCGRATH?
Kip McGrath provides professional assistance in English, Afrikaans and Maths to primary and secondary students. Our programmes are suitable for all students, ranging from those experiencing difficulties in their day-to-day schoolwork, right through to students who would like to extend their learning ability and achieve improved results.
The system is based on how children
perform in the free assessment tasks,
which means they get placed at the
correct level on our programme to learn
all the necessary skills in either Maths, English or Afrikaans. Every concept is taught
systematically, and the student works
through each topic area until they have
caught up to their year level. Every
programme is customised and designed
specifically to fulfil that child’s needs.
Everything we do can be measured and
monitored. This approach is thorough,
structured and successful.
The methodology and syllabus used is developed, and continuously updated, by both international and local specialists in a variety of fields. As a result, our programme is aligned to both the CAPS and IEB curriculum. In addition, we do teach the Cambridge curriculum.
We aim to complement the work being
done in schools so that students can
find success there too.
OUR PODCAST SERIES
At Kip McGrath Constantia & Athlone, we believe in the holistic development of our students. As a result, we work closely with many other specialists in a variety of fields. We have created a podcast to share information, with parents and educators, that will assist children to reach their full learning potential.
